Research

One objective of GAC is to encourage collaborations between the GAC members and initiate new projects. To read about previous projects lead or initated by GAC click on Projects to the left.

The GAC network consist mainly of researchers from Chalmers and the University of Gothenburg interested in a wide range of topics such as atmospheric radiation, gases and aerosols, natural and man made emissions and its uptake, air quality and health, climate change and human behaviour. Thus, our researchers come from a wide range of Departments such as Biolocial and Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Earth Sciences, Architecture and Civil Engineering, Occupational and environmental medicine and Public Health and Community Medicine.

Furthermore the GAC network engages several researchers from the Swedish Environmental Research Institute IVL.

Research activities connected to GAC are defined as ongoing research projects which comprise a minimum two GAC-members from different disciplines.
